Burford Electric's commitment to being the problem solver", opened the door for our Field Service Department. Many times, a machine experiences problems prematurely or a non-routine failure. Root cause failure is utilized to locate the source of the problem and to recommend a process to avoid such problems in the future. Our involvement has led us to entering our customer's facilities and collecting various types of data to assist in locating this root cause as well as correcting some of these problems as well.
